Good reasons to write
- A correction. If a figure looks out of date or a step has changed, tell us — we'd rather fix it fast. We log fixes on the corrections page.
- A question we should answer in a guide. If you got stuck somewhere, other beginners probably did too. Your question might become the next article.
- A guide suggestion. Tell us what you wish someone had explained before you started.
- Privacy requests. Anything about the data in this email exchange — see our privacy policy.
What we can't help with
We're an independent guide, not an exchange. We can't access your exchange account, recover funds, reset your password, or unfreeze a withdrawal — only the exchange's own support can do that, through its official channels. Be wary of anyone in comments or DMs claiming to be "Onbit support" or "Binance support" offering to help with your account; that's a common scam. See how to spot crypto scams.
A note on security
We'll never ask you for your password, your 2FA codes, your seed phrase, or remote access to your device. Anyone who does is trying to rob you.
